Proverbs Chapter 6
12.  The lord to ascend (Bliyyá`al) [~a good-for-nothing]  of Yisrâ’ë´l, and an outlaw transfers to ways of you which [are] not good,
13.  but he who [is] without regard of Yâ-hwéh, the same One [is] the Son, he signals with the eye, moreover of Yâ-hwéh he gives a sign with the foot, even teaching of Yâ-hwéh with the signals of the fingers, “peace” 
14.  but with one (f.) having thoroughly distorted the mercy pertaining to the heart (f.) of Yâ-hwéh, he contrives evil things (n.) within, among the ones (m.) of Yisrâ’ë´l during every time-period, he who [is] without regard, such as this, organizes disturbances against the City.
